leavin on a jet plane

taking a trip this weekend and part of next week to Dallas.  this will be a reunion trip of magnificent proportions.

Hopefully seeing about 8 friends from college.  of course, every one is at a totally different part of their lives than the last time we saw each other, as it's been about 15 years for some of us.  it should be a great time, i'm really excited....

except for the fact that i will be flying into thunderstorms today.  yikes!!!!

Just letting you know i'm catching up on reading. I seem to get behind by about a week & then catch up all at once.

I'm sorry about the mouse & the issues that go with that. I've lots of family, but none i feel close to. Without children i do feel that loss of connection, tho as you say, i'm not experienced in the feeling of no siblings. You're young to be facing mortality issues, but it effects you differently with your life situation.

Sending you hugs.
